The CMA NXT platform provides post-secondary students and young professionals with tools, resources and guidance to support their career journey. Professional and personal development doesnt have to stop or start at certain milestones. We believe individuals should continually invest time into preparing for the challenges ahead.

CMA NXT brings industry professionals and thought leaders together to talk about what it takes to be in their role, provide advice on how to be successful and advance in a career, and insights into trends impacting the industry.
