The Form Rooms

In 2019, we purchased and began to lovingly restore and transform a historic Victorian school into a Central London workspace like no other. The Form Rooms opened in January 2022. Our team work flexibly but are at The Form Rooms when 'at' work, while our face-to-face member events are hosted at the Form Rooms.

Weve purposely built The Form Rooms with a wealth of flexible meeting and events space suitable for everything from interviews to product launches, board meetings to drinks receptions and everything in between. The spaces have all the tech and amenities youd expect from a high quality venue, while our in-house Client Experience Team have strong relationships with a number of caterers to ensure your colleagues and clients are well fed and watered.

Whats more BRC members save 25% on the room hire fees. This applies whether you are a Retail Member, Associate Member or Trade Association Member.

If youre looking for a quiet space in central London to hang out between meetings, take some calls or settle down with your laptop, our members lounge The Reading Room is just whats needed. Theres no cost for this its part of your BRC membership, whether you are a Retail Member, Associate Member or Trade Association Member. Other members might also be there, so youll possibly get some added-value networking in too. Free tea and coffee is available, as is our sound-proof phone booth for more private calls. Just email our team in advance to check that weve capacity.

If you are coming to BRC for one of our Community Meetings or a one-to-one with a member of our team, youre welcome to exclusive use our private 4-person meeting rooms, French or German, at no cost, subject to availability.
