Holly Willoughby is still "mortified" at an unfortunate incident that left her left breast exposed live on television.
The former This Morning host inadvertently became a 'Page 3 girl' while presenting a huge children's television programme, Ministry Of Mayhem back in the early 2000s.
Holly was interviewing boyband Blue at the time and someone had come onto the show to hypnotise the quartet live on air. The band, seemingly under hypnosis, had to follow instructions and copy what Holly was doing - and she really got into it.
Speaking on her YouTube series, Together she said: "As far as I'm concerned, they were definitely hypnotised.
"I stood up and I was really like going for it and as I looked down, the strap on my top had broken, and my left boob was swinging.
"But we were still live and I knew it happened and we had an ad break and I came off air and I was like, 'tell me you didn't see that!' And they were like, 'We can't. We're not going to lie to you. We did see it'."
Stephen Mulhern and Michael Underwood were the co-hosts and also got an eye-full.
They weren't the only ones who saw it and the next day Holly found herself on Page 3 of the tabloids: "So I've been a page three girl with my boob out."
Willoughby's guest on the latest episode of her show was Spice Girls star Emma Bunton whoo revealed she had also suffered "most embarrassing" moments in her life in front of a popstar.
She recalled: "I remember looking out to the crowd, and Madonna was watching us. So I was literally at this moment looking at her, like 'Madonna's in the crowd!'.
"And then I fell over. Fell in front of Madonna. I mean, that is one of the most embarrassing things that's ever happened to me."
It was a simpler time!
