Take That turn back the clock after unveiling never-before-seen footage from their chaotic early years for a new Netflix documentary

Home movie and rare archive film of the quintet in their 90s pomp features in a first look at the 3-part docu-series, Take That which premieres on the streaming site January 27.

Fans get to to see the fresh-faced lads mucking about on holiday and backstage, as well as revealing new interviews with Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen as they take an intimate look at the highs, the heartbreaks, and the enduring legacy of one of the UKs most successful bands of all time.

Gary Barlow has said he felt an 'unbelievable amount of pressure' in the band ahead of their new Netflix docuseries, and a trailer for the show reveals each member talking about trhe struggles they felt at different moments.

Dubbed a "deeply personal and definitive story of Take That" the project was directed by David Soutar who previously helmed the now infamous Bros documentary, After The Screaming Stops.

The band will be promoting the new doc next week and fans are hoping ellusive ex member Jason Orange may get involved in some capacity. Jason quit the spotlight in favour of a more conventional life back in 2014 and now focuses on property. Gary Barlow previously said of Jason: "The doors always open. For everyone. Robbie included. Were a three-piece at the moment, but Id never say never. Because this band always surprises me.

It's turning into a busy year for the manband as The Circus, the bands legendary 2009 tour, is returning this summer for a run of huge stadium shows across the UK and Ireland.

Its the spectacle that transformed Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen into acrobats and clowns, riding a giant 25 foot elephant through stadiums. The Circus is back, gushed Gary Barlow at the launch. Its worth noting that the elephant got a bigger applause than we did.

Take That have always sold bucket loads of concert tickets but 2009s The Circus tour was next level. It shattered Michael Jacksons record as the fastest selling in UK shifting 600,000 tickets in under five hours.

Despite going down in Take That folklore many fans didnt get to see the gig. Mark explained: Whats funny is Ive seen a lot of people says I didnt see it. So its incredible to have played to that many people, but most people say, oh, thats the one I missed.

Howard agreed: A lot of those people have children now as well, so I think theyll be very excited to bring the kids along to the circus.

The lads plan to deliver the same spectacle with a similar setlist, but with a few surprises. Mainly it will be the same show. We talked about this for a long time because its a lot of peoples favourite show, said Mark. It was a real high point for us as a band and we want to be really respectful of the show that we did. But as we get into the rehearsals I think were all open minded enough to say, we could add this here. We are in the studio recording at the moment, so we might be able to put some new songs in there.

For Gary the connection with audience was extra special on this tour. What often happens with concerts is that we have a different feeling than the audience, recalled Gaz. This show we were as excited as the audience every night. I mean this show is bigger than our band. Its its own thing and we are literally three spokes in the wheel when we go on there is a stage full of colour and excitement and it just takes you off into another world for a couple of hours.
