Brit finds 'knickers covered in bodily fluids' in 32 PLT dress and says 'I can smell BO'

Grace Willetts was left feeling 'sick' after she opened her Pretty Little Thing holiday haul and found what appeared to be a pair of 'worn pants' stuffed inside one of her new 32 dresses

Worcestershire woman finds 'used pants' inside her Pretty Little Thing order

A horrified Brit discovered a pair of 'worn pants' tucked inside her brand new 32 dress just moments after unwrapping her holiday shopping haul.

Grace Willetts was brimming with anticipation when her clothing order for her upcoming trip overseas arrived at her door. What unfolded next left the 22-year-old utterly appalled and feeling 'sick' after one of her frocks contained a rather revolting surprise.

A pair of 'filthy pants' had been bundled up inside the garment, which also reeked of 'BO'. "I felt so sick after it," Grace, from Worcestershire, told creatorzine. com. "Just the fact there's actual bodily fluids there and I could have touched it not knowing who that even belongs to.

"The fact it's just someone's dirty pants. I was so shocked and disgusted I thought, how could this have even happened."

The accountant had ordered the dress from Pretty Little Thing ahead of her getaway to Majorca, Spain. The bundle of garments arrived on July 6, with a Chocolate Hotfix Bandeau Maxi Dress immediately grabbing her attention for all the wrong reasons.

She said: "I was confused why the fabric felt so bunched up. It also had a strong smell of body odour, which made me confused and a bit disgusted already.

"Then I unravelled the dress to see the pants and just felt so sick. It all seemed fine; the bag was sealed properly that the dress was in, it looked pretty normal and then the smell hit. I threw the whole dress away from me and I laughed at first just in shock, thinking what the hell is going on."

Grace posted the video of her revolting find online, quickly amassing over 150,000 views. She promptly took up the issue with Pretty Little Thing who, according to Grace, asked her to send it back via their standard returns process if she didn't 'wish' to keep it.

The incident has now deterred her from purchasing any further items from the fast fashion brand. Grace stated: "I was really annoyed about this response because it just was like it's a normal thing for them, and saying if you do not wish to keep it.

"Shocking, why on earth would I want to keep a dirty dress. I think it's disgusting from Pretty Little Thing and it needs to be taken more seriously, sending somebody a contaminated parcel with someone's actual bodily fluids on.

"So vile to experience, the thought of it makes me feel sick. I'm a bit angry with how they are dealing with it too, just a lack of bother or urgency."
