Mia Khalifa loves to let her hair down in a sleepy UK town on the beautiful Kent coast. The glamourous influencer and model has been visiting Whitstable for years.

The 32-year-old is so smitten the town so much that she has even suggested it would make a great spot to raise kids. So, what is it about Kent that the former adult performer can't resist?

The friendly people, food, art and a certain "witch" in Margate are just some of the reasons Mia visits the area a few times every year. She told KentOnline: "It's so cosy. It's so beautiful here. I love it so much.

Everyone is so nice and, surprisingly, everything is here. When I brought my best friend here, who lives in Miami as well, he had the same reaction."

The model was once looking at property in the area as the pace of life is "so much nicer". She said: "First of all, even if I do get recognised, I feel safe but I don't get recognised for the most part. I feel safe staying here by myself.

I will never stop coming back. I'm actually looking at property here, but your taxes are s***. I would live here in a heartbeat.

The pace here is so much nicer. It's really hard to be somewhere in America and feel like, Oh, I could raise kids here.

You feel that here. You feel like you could raise kids here and they would have a good life and grow up to be decent people with values.

Mia even has her very own "witch", called Tree Carr, in the neighbouring town of Margate. She tells my fortune. She guides my life. She is my therapist. She does everything for me."

Back in 2022, Mia confessed to preferring the sleepy town to Miami. She captioned an Instagram story: "Whitstable > Miami."

It isn't the only place in Kent that Mia is a big fan of. She previously declared Faversham a "proper" town during a flying visit.

But Whitstable has always been her favourite, previously she told Brits she was "heartbroken" to be leaving.
