Sarah Jayne Dunn brands Celebrity Big Brother's Ekin-Su 'hypocrite' after she slams adult site

Former Hollyoaks actress Sarah Jayne Dunn has called out Celebrity Big Brother star Ekin-Su Clclolu for the comments she made about the adult subscription site she works for

Ex-Hollyoaks star Sarah Jayne Dunn has called out Ekin-Su Clclolu.

The actress, 42, played Mandy Richardson on the Channel 4 soap for more than two decades before she was axed for joining an adult subscription site in 2021. The former soap star still insists joining the platform was one of the best decisions she's ever made.

But she was less than pleased with Love Island star Ekin-Su's comments about the site, which were made during a recent episode of Celebrity Big Brother. "I'd rather have zero pounds than a million pounds doing it the wrong way, but have pride," the 29-year-old said.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Sarah claimed Ekin-Su's remarks were "hypocritical" as she called out the reality star. Speaking to her followers, Sarah began: "I haven't been watching it but I have seen a clip of the conversation/ debate that some of the people in the Big Brother house are having."

"I just want to, as I always do, call out the misconceptions about OnlyFans." Sarah insisted this wasn't her "hating" on anyone in the house before adding: "What I will say is I think it's unfair to be so judgmental when you don't have a full understanding of a situation or to at least not see the flip side, or to understand that everyone is entitled to do whatever they want to do."

Sarah continued: "I just think there is a real misunderstanding and I wish that I'd been in there to defend my corner. I could take that personally because I am now an OnlyFans creator."

The star added: "It's still one of the best things I ever did. But there's still a big misunderstanding around the platform and what it is, and all the different types of content on there. I just felt like I should say something."

She reiterated: "As you all know I stand by what I did. I like to represent the platform in a positive way and as a woman I take full control and autonomy of my body and what I choose to do with it."

The mum-of-one went on: "What blows my mind the most is that this conversation is coming from, and this is not to belittle the show or the people in there. I think it's a little bit hypocritical to say that and have that conversation when you're on a reality show that you've been paid a s**t ton of money to be a part of."
