Premier League icon Alan Shearer beamed with pride as he shared a series of snaps from his daughter's big day as she married an England ace.
Newcastle United and England legend Shearer, 55, jetted back from the World Cup last month so he could see Hollie and England Rugby Union star tie the knot in Winchester, Hampshire. However, the pair have since had the ceremony in the picturesque town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, to the east of Avignon.
Wearing a sleek cream linen suit, to match with the groom and groomsmen, Shearer posed next to Hollie as he captioned the snap: "Wow!!! What a weekend. Daughter number 2 now married. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Marchant!"

In another picture, Shearer can be seen drinking some beer with Marchant and his groomsmen, which also featured Hollie's brother, Will.
The happy couple appeared to be loved-up throughout pictures of the lavish ceremony. "Congratulations," replied Robbie Keane, while Chris Stark added: "Congratulations to all of your wonderful family!"
Hollie is currently living in France, with her partner playing for Stade Francais.
They had made their marriage official in the UK before the ceremony, with some snaps on social media showing the radiant bride proudly displaying her ring as her new husband signed the register to formalise their marriage.
Another image, initially posted by Shearer's other daughter Chloe, captured the newlyweds hitting the dance floor post-vows. Earlier this year, Hollie gave a sneak peek of the upcoming nuptials by sharing her hen do on Instagram.
For the event, the bride-to-be donned a white cut-out dress and bikini as she eagerly anticipated marrying the rugby ace. The ensemble that garnered attention from her Instagram followers was a sheer skirt bearing 'Mrs Marchant' across the back.
In April 2022, Hollie made public her relationship with the rugby star after they had been seeing each other for four months. Marchant has been a pivotal player for England over the years, contributing to the team that secured third place at the 2023 World Cup.
He transferred from Harlequins in December 2022 to sign up with Top 14 team Stade Franais, based in Paris. BBC pundit Shearer, when previously questioned about his daughter's romance with Joe, joked: "I'm just glad it's not a footballer."
