The Dyers' Caravan Park featured a touching scene during Tuesday's debut episode as Danny Dyer had a heartfelt conversation with a guest. The Sky programme follows Danny, 48, who adores caravan parks, as he tries to rescue the great British holiday by revitalising Priory Hill in Leysdown, Kent, working alongside his daughter Dani Dyer.
In Tuesday's instalment, Danny chats with some visitors to discover how he might enhance the site or upgrade the amenities. Speaking with Tony, whom he describes as one of the park's more "vocal characters", the caravan park guest reveals his devastating cancer diagnosis and explains just how much Priory Hill means to him.
Danny enquires: "How long have you been here for, then, Tony?" to which Tony discloses he's been there since 1960, saying: "I came down here in 1960 with our family and I've never wanted to leave, Dan", reports the Mirror.

The guest then poignantly continues: "I mean, I'm 68, I've had a good run. If I get two more years down here, I'll be over the moon. I've had my life and I've got cancer now, so it is what it is.
"I've got cancer of the liver, non-alcoholic, it was through smoking and my lifestyle. It can't be cured, it is what it is."
Danny becomes visibly moved by Tony's situation as he responds: "I'm sorry to hear about that Tony, this f**king cancer thing, it affects so many people and you know I've lost a couple of people to it. It frightens the life out of me. I'm still smoking away, me and all, I know I've got to give it up but..." Tony swiftly cuts in with: "I hope to God you give up" as Danny responds: "I know, mate, I know mate."
Tony carries on: "Look at your grandkids and say: 'You know what, I want to see you grow up.' You've only got one shot at this.."
Danny answers: "No, I know mate, you don't get a second go, do you?" with Tony responding: "You don't get a second go. So do yourself a favour and knock it on the head."
Danny then says to Tony: "I appreciate that" with Tony pressing: "I mean it, son, I really do. That's from my heart. You take it easy, Dan" as Danny calls him a "legend".
In a piece to camera afterwards, Danny reveals that following his conversation with Tony, he's determined to improve the site so Tony can enjoy his remaining time at the caravan park.
