Police have released new footage that could show a teenager who disappeared from her Texas home on Christmas Eve, who could be in "imminent danger".

Camila Mendoza Olmos, 19, was last seen leaving her San Antonio home before 7am on Wednesday last week. She was wearing a sky blue and black hoodie, pale blue pyjama bottoms, and white shoes, according to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office.

She was going for her usual early morning walk, but never returned home. Her parents were praying for her return, but there's been few clues to her whereabouts, so far.

Police have now released new dashcam footage which could show the woman walking on a path, alongside a main road. Sheriff Javier Salazar said the person in the video was wearing clothes that "certainly does match up with what she was wearing".

He told a press conference: "We've got to consider all possibilities from disappearing wilfully to the possibility of self-harm, to somebody may have taken her."

The dashcam video was released on the County Sheriff's Facebook page, along with the caption: "On the morning of Wednesday, December 24, 2025, 19-year-old Camila Olmos left her residence in the 11000 block of Caspian Spring on foot. She was last seen wearing Baby blue with Black Hoodie, Baby blue Pajama bottoms, White shoes.

"A passing driver traveling on Wildhorse Pkwy that morning captured footage believed to show Camila walking northbound on Wildhorse Pkwy around 7:00 a.m., between Shetland Wind and Caspian Spring."

Camila's dad, Alfonso Mendoza, begged her to come home, revealing that he'd been "praying to God" ever since she disappeared. He told CBS: "She's out there watching this, seeing me," he said. "I miss her, come home."

"It's hard. It hurts," he said. "I might sound strong ... but it hurts."

Camila was described as 5ft 4in tall, weighing about 110 pounds. Authorities believe she has her car keys and possibly her driver's license in her possession.

Family members and friends spent Christmas Day searching the area around the home, but found no sign of the 19-year-old. At the time, Camila's aunt, Nancy Olmos, issued an emotional public plea online, urging people to share information and pray for the teen's safe return.

"Please help me and my family continue to share this," Nancy Olmos wrote. "We are still searching for my sweet angel, my niece, Camila Mendoza Olmos, 19 years old."

She added that Camila had recently been baptised and was deeply religious. "She loves God with all her heart, and we are desperately looking for her," she wrote.

A spokesperson wrote on the Bexar County Sheriff's Office's Facebook at the time: "Camila was last seen leaving her residence at approximately 6:58 a.m. on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. Video footage from that time shows an unknown individual, believed to be Camila, searching inside her vehicle for an unidentified item. Moments later, the footage ends. It is believed that she left the residence on foot, as her vehicle remained at the location.

"The only items known to be on her person are her car key and possibly her drivers license. Camilas mother stated that Camila normally goes for a morning walk; however, she became concerned when Camila did not return within a reasonable period of time.
