Robbie Williams appeared to expose his "true colours" after Soccer Aid raised a record-breaking sum for charity last week. The singer, 52, from Stoke-on-Trent, has been central to the event for two decades; however, the cameras missed him making a remarkably bold gesture.

In the aftermath of the annual fixture, a fan managed to capture a moment that never made it to television, and it speaks volumes about the pop legend and former Take That star. Robbie Williams, who managed the England side alongside former football boss Harry Redknapp, TV personality Bradley Walsh and ex-goalkeeper David Seaman, gave onlookers a revealing glimpse of his true character.

It isn't the first time fans have been offered a rare window into Robbie's personality of late. Just a few months ago, he also reflected on his amazing career.

Following Soccer Aid, however, a moment was shared on Instagram by a woman named Lisa Maria, and it's fair to say it left her utterly lost for words. She posted touching footage of Robbie in a moment that appeared to be truly life-changing.

Alongside the clip, she wrote: "Can't believe this happened! Robbie came and gave me his Soccer Aid Medal! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

In the footage, Robbie can be seen spotting the devoted fan before immediately making his way over to her in the crowd. He then presented her with his Soccer Aid medal without a moment's hesitation, seemingly making her day utterly unforgettable.

One wrote: "Wow. Just wow. Robbie really does have a remarkable ability to recognise genuinely good people. And you, Lisa, deserve that medal more than anyone.

"At Soccer Aid, Robbie made a wonderful gesture towards one of the most empathetic and compassionate fans we know. We're so happy for you. Keep being kind, keep being awesome. Thank you for sharing it."

Another commented: "He definitely knows you from all his gigs. You travel the globe and [are] always front row. You deserve this more than anybody.

"Amazing how he spots his fans in a large crowd. He respects and appreciates fans as much as they do him. It's a two-way relationship. Get that framed on your wall."

A third chimed in with: "Robbie gave my daughter his medal in 2018." While a fourth simply stated: "Robbie Williams, a national treasure."

Someone else proclaimed: "What a lovely human being he is." Another also noted: "I have watched this video so many times already! I smile every time. Amazing!!! I'm so, so happy it was you, Lisa!"

Numerous viewers described the moment as "gorgeous", praising the star's warmth and generosity towards his devoted fanbase. The heartfelt act was widely regarded as truly special by those who witnessed it.
