Digital Services Act (DSA) Contact Point

Taboola has designated DSA@taboola.com as the single point of contact under Article 11 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) for direct communications with the European Commission, Member States Authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services regarding the application of the DSA. English is the preferred language for communication with this point of contact.

When sending messages to DSA@taboola.com , please ensure to include the following details:

• Your full name
• The name of the EU-based authority on whose behalf you are contacting us
• An email address associated with the relevant EU-based authority
• If the illegal content is an ad, provide the ad title as it appears in Taboolas platform
• If the issue is with a landing page from the ad, provide the landing page URL
• A screenshot of the issue
• Where you saw the ad
• The date when the ad was presented
