Summary

  • Option 2 from ui(motion): make Fluid spring honest (real springs vs emphasized) #481: QueryaSpring.springsEnabled gates real SpringSimulation / controllers only (tab indicator, drag settle).
  • QueryaFadeSlide, QueryaSwitchingBody, and showAppDialog always use standard + enter/exit — no emphasized-as-spring branch.
  • Docs (motion-and-high-refresh.md §4.5 + review rule) and CONTRIBUTING.md match the implementation; tests updated for Reduced = halved standard.

Closes #481

Test plan

  • flutter test test/core/motion/querya_fade_slide_test.dart test/core/motion/querya_switching_body_test.dart test/shared/app_dialog_test.dart
  • Full motion: dialog / workspace morph still feel fine (enter/exit cubics)
  • Reduced: shorter but same curve family; Off: instant
  • Tab strip indicator + split drag settle still use real springs on Full

ui(motion): reserve springsEnabled for real SpringSimulation (#481)

Stop using Full-motion springsEnabled to pick emphasized cubics on
shell morphs; FadeSlide, SwitchingBody, and dialogs always use
standard/enter/exit tokens. Document the rule in motion docs and CONTRIBUTING.
