… multiple NetworkManagers - Ensure UnifiedBootstrap doesn't get replaced when setting up a new NetworkManager, as that clears out the list of network worlds.

Purpose of this PR
Fixes some broken hybrid spawn tests.
Note that in order to fix this test, I had to make a change in N4E to expose internals to the test project tests, so this won't compile unless used against that version or later of N4E.
