What does this PR do?
Adds one row to the Plugins table in packages/web/src/content/docs/ecosystem.mdx for sync-od, a plugin that syncs a codebase to Open Design and/or extracts its design system. It is the opencode-side counterpart of Open Design's "Handoff to OpenCode" community plugin (nexu-io/open-design#6948).
How did you verify your code works?
Confirmed the new row's column padding matches the existing prettier-formatted table and previewed the rendered markdown. Only the English docs file is touched; locale copies are regenerated by the docs-locale-sync workflow.
