They have moved from `dsp-testing` to `codeql-testing`.
Use new location for external queries
Disable flaky Swift autobuild checks
These are no longer necessary with the new approach to selecting alerts to show on pull requests.
Remove checks for triggering on specific paths
In preparation for enabling this flag by default in the CLI
Enable diagnostics functionality on GHES
This is a more standard location for these custom Actions.
Automate the bundle upgrade
Update default CodeQL bundle version to 2.12.6
Refer to the packages in codeql-testing, not in dsp-testing.
Move to the codeql-testing org
