@lukesneeringer @tswast @jonparrott How do you feel about deleting the stable/ subdirectory from the gh-pages branch?

Let's wait to delete stable/ until I at least get all the references to it updated on cloud.google.com. I've got a bunch of CLs mailed, but not all reviewed and submitted yet.

Oh, and README.rst is rendered on PyPI too, so we need to wait until at least after the next release.
