This latest update of libgit2 (v0.22) is huge and will probably break a lot of stuff and have some actual API changes for us to talk about. Help will be most appreciated.

I had to fork libgit2 to fix a bug that was causing nodegit to throw an error during compile time when including git2/sys/stream.h.
I made a pr and after that is pulled in we can switch back over to using libgit2 proper.
