Add AggregateError support to fsPromises, instead of swallowing errors if fd.close throws and the operation threw as well. This PR adds this to truncate, lchmod, writeFile and readFile. Currently, before this PR, if fd.close and the operation both throw - you would only get the close error.

This is similar to what was done before in fs in #37460.

It's a bit tricky. You need to make open succeed and then make the operation and close fail. There was some discussion here #37460 (comment), but nothing reliable was suggested that would make this work.

However, I think that it might be easier in the Promises version, as here I have the FileHandle class in the middle to maybe monkey-patch. I have an idea that might work - I'll give it a shot tomorrow.

Could add tests when only the close operation rejects? Or do we have tests for this already?

I'd rather have a tightly-coupled test than no test at all, so LGTM.

I couldn't find any. It makes sense to me to add tests to both "only close throws" and "only the operation throws". I have some working tests locally, but I'm trying to see if I can simplify and reduce the boilerplate before pushing.

which provides QUIC support.

While OpenSSL 3.0 APIs should be mostly compatible with those provided
by OpenSSL 1.1.1, we do anticipate some ecosystem impact due to
tightened restrictions on the allowed algorithms and key sizes.

If you hit an `ERR_OSSL_EVP_UNSUPPORTED` error in your application with
Node.js 17, it’s likely that your application or a module you’re using
is attempting to use an algorithm or key size which is no longer allowed
by default with OpenSSL 3.0. A command-line option,
`--openssl-legacy-provider`, has been added to revert to the legacy
provider as a temporary workaround for these tightened restrictions.
