Add colour to pickletools CLI output #149026

Proposal:
Similar to #148354, I suggest we add colour to the pickletools CLI output. For example:
(I also considered adding to the pickle CLI, but we'll get that for free after #145218 is approved :)
Has this already been discussed elsewhere?
This is a minor feature, which does not need previous discussion elsewhere
