test_ctypes failed on Windows jobs of Azure Pipelines, but passed on Windows jobs of GitHub actions. ERROR: test_load_dll_with_flags (ctypes.test.test_loading.LoaderTest) [WinDLL('_sqlite3.dll', winmode=0)]
That's https://bugs.python.org/issue40214: I backported the change to disable the test: PR #19449. |
