Motivation
Automatic output restoration should be the default for cached tasks so users do not need to manually list generated files in every package.
Scope
Change omitted output to mean automatic output tracking, while preserving output: [] as the opt-out that disables restoration. Update the generated plan snapshots for the default semantic change and add an e2e proving an omitted output field restores a written file on cache hit.
