Bionic Hook | Marvel Rivals Wiki

Bionic Hook is a hero ability used by Winter Soldier in Marvel Rivals. This is Winter Soldiers secondary fire. With this ability, Winter Soldier can release a hook to pull any target towards him.

Charge up and launch a hook with his bionic arm, reeling in the first target hit and enemies lurking behind.

Useful Tips

• This ability is chargeable; the more you charge it, the longer the hook gets, allowing you to pull enemies from medium distances. It has a minimal charge time of 0.5 seconds, and you need a second to fully charge this ability, allowing you to pull enemies around 20 meters away from you.
  
  
  • Note that a bar will appear to the right of your crosshair, indicating when the ability is fully charged. You can keep holding the button to relocate or aim appropriately before trying to hook someone, but be careful as if you hold the ability button for a long while, you wont be able to use the hook, and this ability will enter cooldown.
    
    
• Thanks to Ceaseless Charge, this ability can automatically reload your primary fire, Roterstern. This allows you to create combos, where you can shoot thrice with Roterstern, then hook someone and attack again.
  
  
• This hooks hitbox works like a cone, meaning you can grab them all simultaneously if two or more enemies are close.
  
  
• You can also combine this ability with Trooper's Fist to pull an enemy, then push it towards your allies. You must hook and pull an enemy, then get behind it and use Troopers Fist. Youll have enough time to get behind your target because Bionic Hook can stun enemies.
  
  
  • To make things easier, Bionic Hook has a feature where if you turn the camera around simultaneously as you hook an enemy, said enemy will appear precisely in front of you. In other words, if you grab an enemy and then turn to the left, the enemy will appear precisely in front of Winter Soldier, and the same goes if you turn right.
