What to Know About the Guarantee

We don't just sell you a product and walk away. Were invested in your compliance with our products and our support. Thats why we created the Osano Guarantee. Heres what you need to know to make the most of it.

We only cover paying customers on our Start, Trust, or Scale plans (referred to as enterprise-level in our Terms of Service) who are in good standing and have implemented all Osano products according to our documentation, including any updates to the Osano platform. If you're using Osano for free, we wont pay your fines or penalties.

Although you can configure Osano products per our documentation, if you make changes that we havent approved (e.g., changing the text, changing button size, hiding dialogs for certain visitors) or otherwise engage in any kind of changes that might be considered dark patterns, youre on your own.

If you're contacted by a regulatory agency about a concern that involves the Osano Platform, you must notify us right away and work with us to help resolve the issue ASAP (within 24 hours). If you receive any sweep letters or notices of violations, were happy to help you understand themits part of our Audit Defense feature.

When we notify you about an update, you need to implement it immediately.

In case its unclear: If you get in trouble with a regulatory agency for something that happened before you were a paying, fully implemented customer of Osano, then the Guarantee doesn't apply.
