Volkswagen Car-Net Dispute Resolution

The Volkswagen Car-Net Terms of Service require that customers arbitrate disputes arising out of or relating to (1) the Terms or Service or (2) any product or service provided under or in connection with the Terms of Service.

BBB National Programs provides arbitration for these disputes under the program’s Binding Arbitration Rules for Volkswagen Car-Net Disputes.

Please note that customers also have the option of filing a small claims court action instead of arbitration for claims that fall within the jurisdiction of a small claims court.

Audi Connect Dispute Resolution

The Audi Connect Terms of Service require that customers arbitrate disputes arising out of or relating to (1) the Terms or Service or (2) any product or service provided under or in connection with the Terms of Service.

BBB National Programs provides arbitration for these disputes under the Binding Arbitration Rules for Audi Connect Disputes.
