Your nearest Rape Crisis centre might be able to help.

Our 36 member Rape Crisis centres offer free, confidential and specialist support to victims and survivors in the local area.

This can include longer-term support, such as counselling, group work and other forms of therapies, as well as support for victims and survivors who have reported what happened to the police (or are thinking about reporting).
