4. Paying over time on ApplePay: Loans not offered by Apple. All loans are offered by your lending provider and are subject to the lending provider's eligibility requirements and approval, as well as other lending provider terms. If you take a loan on which you pay interest, Apple Distribution International Limited acts as a credit broker, not a lender, and is an appointed representative of Apple Payments Services Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 770345). Apple provides technical services for Paying Over Time on ApplePay. Apple is not providing financial services, and all lending and payment services are provided to you by the relevant card issuer and lending provider. Your loan activity may be reported to credit bureaus by your lending provider, which may affect your credit score. Not available in all markets, and may not be available for all types of purchases, such as subscriptions and recurring transactions. May need an eligible card.
