What Survicate does

Survicate is a customer feedback platform that sends in-product survey responses NPS scores, CSAT ratings, feature feedback, and churn reasons directly into Amplitude as events and user properties. By combining qualitative feedback with your retention curves, conversion funnels, and feature usage data, product and growth teams get the complete picture behind every behavioral trend. Instead of relying on behavioral signals alone, you can layer what users explicitly tell you on top of what Amplitude shows you they do.

Use cases

1. Build satisfaction-based cohorts. Send NPS or CSAT scores to Amplitude and segment users by sentiment. Compare activation, retention, and churn rates across promoters, passives, and detractors to understand what drives loyalty or drop-off.
