How to Exit Your Commitment Period Early

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to end your commitment period before the scheduled end date, an early exit fee will apply, as outlined in our Terms of Sale.
How your exit fee is calculated:
A 30 administration charge
15 for each unfulfilled order remaining in your commitment period
How to process your exit fee:
Contact Customer Care: Please get in touch with our team when you are ready to pay the fee within a 48-hour window, making sure you do this before your next scheduled order.
Receive your payment link: Our team will send you a secure link to pay the exit fee.
Pay within 48 hours: For your security, the payment link will expire after 48 hours. If this happens, you will need to contact Customer Care again to request a new link.
Important: If your exit fee is not paid before your next order date, that order will be dispatched according to your normal schedule.
