The Glucomannan for weight loss supplement is suitable for adults aged 18 and over. It contains glucomannan which is a soluble, bulk forming fibre derived from the konjac root that can promote the feeling of fullness. Glucomannan contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels and weight loss in the context of an energy restricted diet.

Take 2 capsules up to 3 times per day, 30-60 minutes before eating, with at least 250ml of water. Do not exceed the stated dose.
