1. Available on Mac computers with Applesilicon and Intel-based Mac computers with a T2 Security Chip. Requires that your iPhone and Mac are signed in with the same Apple Account using twofactor authentication, your iPhone and Mac are near each other and have Bluetooth and WiFi turned on, and your Mac is not using AirPlay or Sidecar. Some iPhone features (e.g. camera and microphone) are not compatible with iPhoneMirroring.
2. Receiving and sending SMS messages on a Mac requires an iPhone or iPad with iOS8.1 or later or iPadOS, with both the Mac and the iPhone or iPad signed in to iMessage using the same AppleAccount.
3. Testing conducted by Apple in February 2026 using preproduction 15inch MacBookAir systems with AppleM5, 10core CPU, 10core GPU, 16GB of unified memory and 512GB SSD, as well as production IntelCore Ultra X7300H Seriesbased PC systems with Intel Arc Graphics, 32GB of RAM, 1TB SSD and the latest version of Windows11 available at the time of testing. Speedometer 3.1 performance benchmark tested with prerelease Safari26.3 on macOSTahoe, and both Chrome144.0.7559.133 and Edge144.0.3719.104 on Windows11. Performance tests are conducted using specific computer systems and reflect the approximate performance of MacBookAir.

Testing conducted by Apple in February 2026 using preproduction 15inch MacBookAir systems with AppleM5, 10core CPU, 10core GPU, 16GB of unified memory and 512GB SSD, as well as production IntelCore Ultra X7300H Seriesbased PC systems with Intel Arc Graphics, 32GB of RAM, 1TB SSD and the latest version of Windows11 available at the time of testing. Adobe Photoshop 2026 v27.3.1 tested using the super zoom filter at 2xzoom on a 7.1MBimage. Performance tests are conducted using specific computer systems and reflect the approximate performance of MacBookAir.

6. Testing conducted by Apple in January and February 2026 using preproduction 16inch MacBookPro systems with AppleM5Pro, 18coreCPU, 20coreGPU, 48GB of unified memory and 1TBSSD. Wireless web battery life tested by browsing 25 popular websites while connected to WiFi. Video streaming battery life tested with 1080p content in Safari while connected toWiFi. Testing conducted by Apple in January 2026 and February 2026 using preproduction 13inch MacBookAir systems with AppleM5, 10coreCPU and 8coreGPU, and preproduction 15inch MacBookAir systems with AppleM5, 10coreCPU and 10coreGPU, all configured with 16GB of unified memory and 512GBSSD, and preproduction 16inch MacBookPro systems with AppleM5Max, 18coreCPU, 32coreGPU, 36GB of unified memory and 2TBSSD; preproduction 16inch MacBookPro systems with AppleM5Pro, 18coreCPU, 20coreGPU, 48GB of unified memory and 1TBSSD; preproduction 14inch MacBookPro systems with AppleM5Max, 18coreCPU, 32coreGPU, 36GB of unified memory and 2TBSSD; and preproduction 14inch MacBookPro systems with AppleM5Pro, 18coreCPU, 20coreGPU, 24GB of unified memory and 2TBSSD. MacBookAir tested with Apple70W USBC Power Adapter (Model A2743) with USBC to MagSafe3 Cable (Model A2363). 16inch MacBookPro systems tested with Apple140W USBC Power Adapter (Model A2452), and 14inch MacBookPro systems tested with Apple96W USBC Power Adapter (Model A2166), both with USBC to MagSafe3 Cable (Model A2363). Fastcharge testing conducted with drained MacBookAir and MacBookPro units. Times measured from the beginning of wake from hibernate, or from the appearance of the Apple logo as the unit startedup. Charge time varies with settings and environmental factors; actual results willvary.
