What are the differences between Scope 3 Light and Scope 3 Hub?

Scope 3 Light covers emissions for business travel (Category 6) and freight hauling (Categories 4 and 9). In addition to everything available in Light, Growth plan comes with waste management (Category 5 & 12) and Scope 3 Hub, which is a matching tool that can calculate emissions based on spend for purchased goods and services (Category 1) and other spend-based categories. With Scope 3 Hub, you can scale your scope 3 emission calculations effortlessly, categorise your emissions and assign the right emission factors at scale.

How can I get access to AI on Net Zero Cloud?

To use Einstein generative AI capabilities on Net Zero Cloud, customers need to buy Net Zero Cloud plus one of the following Einstein 1 SKUs: Einstein for Platform, Einstein for Sales Cloud or Agentforce for Service Cloud.
